LLC PROMENERGOUGOL Research and Production Center is organized in 1999 and is engaged in design and production of the mining and processing equipment: grokhot, magnetic separators, vibration feeders and devices of hot curing applicable working conditions of the customer. Considering wishes and technical solutions of the mechanics operating our equipment to us it is possible to lower costs of Customers of repair and adjustment of the equipment designed and made by us, power consumption of cars, and at the same time to increase productivity and term of operation. Thanks to the accumulated experience of our experts we manage to solve complex technological challenges of classification and dehydration of materials. Our equipment is used by many enterprises of Ukraine and beyond its limits. The last developments are: Biharmonic grokhota of the BIG-52M type as a result of the analysis of modern designs of vibration grokhot with a high-intensity dynamic operating mode it is offered essentially new design of a vibration biharmonic roar. In an alternative of the highly effective and high-performance multifrequency import sifting cars offered now in the market, our experts designed BIG-52M roar with biharmonic fluctuations, for a rassev of ultrathin and damp materials. Distinctive feature of a roar of BIG-52M is the wide range of control of the dynamic mode, namely: a tilt angle of the sifting surface, amplitude of fluctuations of two vibroactivators working in different also adjustable planes. The principle of superposition of the first harmonica (low frequency) and the second harmonica (high frequency) is the basis for a roar provided that the provision of exciting forces of the directed action, can be regulated in the wide range (from-90 to +90 °). This mode allows to create an optimum combination of the directions highly - and low-frequency the making exciting forces for conditions of transportation and conditions of a grokhocheniye.
