Services in modernization of the existing systems of heating, ventilation and conditioning for the purpose of economy of energy resources are offered your attention. It is no secret that at design and installation of many objects energy saving technologies were not applied in a type of high cost of the corresponding equipment. However, the situation changes. Growth of gas price as the main energy carrier does a problem of energy saving more actual. There are some standard technical solutions which at rather small material inputs are capable to lead to economy of costs of energy carriers during the cold period of year. At today's gas prices payback of such decisions 1-3 years. Here some of such decisions:
- The automation of system of heating allowing to reduce when using the modes on duty energy consumption by heating for 30%. For objects with 1-2 shift work payback for 1-2 seasons.
- Application of the glycoleft recuperative t / about in systems of the centralized ventilation allows to reduce energy consumption for heating of stitched air by 20-30%. Payback depending on working in shifts of work of object 1-3 seasons.
- Use of recovery of the existing central systems XC allows to reduce energy consumption by heating for 30-50%.
One more common problem — the low temperature of the heat carrier from city networks that does not allow system of ventilation to warm up air to the set parameters. On condition of existence of the centralized central air (XC), recovery use (see item 3) or use of the electric power intended for work of central air in the summer for reheating of the heat carrier of city networks is possible in the winter.
It should be noted that each object is individual also the technical solutions allowing to save energy resources for each object, are individual also. Exact technical and economic indicators (cost, a payback period, etc.) can be defined only after research of object.
Note: Modernization of the existing systems for the purpose of energy saving - a complex technical challenge. Possibilities of decisions are limited to the budget (payback period), lack of the place for placement of the additional equipment, complexity of installation in the conditions of the operated object, etc. The role of technically competent design as only instrument of minimization of expenses especially increases in these conditions.
