Dehumidifiers of the RDX series with a productivity of 0,4-18,0 m ³ / mines are made on the basis of effective lamellar (the RDX-04 models to RDX-18) or cast aluminum (the RDX-24 models to RDX-180) the heat exchanger with a vstoyenny koalestsentny separator of condensate.
Low loss of pressure thanks to the built-in separator, and reliable external isolation of the heat exchanger promote high energy efficiency of system.
The Koalestsentny separator is not sensitive to pressure differences at changeable loading and reliably separates up to 98% of the condensed moisture.
The combined heat exchanger three in one
The heat exchanger of dehumidifiers of RDX consists of three functional blocks: Heat exchanger air/air; Heat exchanger air/coolant; Koalestsentny separator of condensate. The heat exchanger air/air makes preliminary cooling of hot compressed air. It saves up to 50% of energy at the subsequent process of cooling with coolant. Along with it cold dry air, leaving a dehumidifier, heats up to temperature accepted for the subsequent operation. The heat exchanger air/coolant brings temperature of compressed air to dew point temperature. The Koalestsentny separator deletes condensate from compressed air. The separated condensate periodically is dumped by a kondensatootvodchik.

All calculations at design and production of dehumidifiers are given to nominal
(standard) conditions. According to ISO 7183 those are: working pressure 0,7mpa, ambient temperature is +25 °C, temperature of compressed air on an entrance to a dehumidifier of +35 °C. That is, at selection of a dehumidifier use of the correction coefficients considering a difference between nominal and real conditions is required.
Using these coefficients when calculating of the required dehumidifier, we receive that actual productivity P will be equal:
