The RMWC controller - is intended for prescription dosing stations with one or two tensometric systems and control of the external batcher mixer of water. Forms doses from one to eight automatically weighed components and water and keeps account. Memory to 90 recipes with information output on LCD - the display. Has 2 RS 485 and RS 485/422 ports for communication with external PC/PLC. -

Description

The RMWC controller - is intended for prescription weight discrete weighing of loose and liquid products serving up to two independent tensometric systems on which bunkers of batchers are installed and to operate the discrete volumetric batcher of DOX water - or the DOMIX water batcher mixer which can participate in process of prescription dispensing, carrying out reception / data transmission of the account on each product and settings from (v) PC/PLC.

The RMWC controller (the weight computer, the weight terminal) - forms a prescription dose from 1 … 8 components and doses of water of the set temperature.

Dispensing is carried out by the principle of a consecutive set of weight of 1-8 components in one bunker or at the same time in 2 bunkers (totally no more than 8 components) with the subsequent consecutive unloading of a total prescription dose.

If in installation the automatic batcher mixer of DOMIX water is used, the controller counts necessary water temperature - (based on the required temperature of a prescription dose, the actual temperature of the dosed component and ambient temperature) and sends the calculated value of water temperature and a preset value of quantity to the water batcher mixer with team of the beginning of process.

If the compounding provides manual addition of components, the operator has to follow only instructions on LCD - the display and to load manually components into capacity (after weighing manually on external scales).

High precision of dispensing is provided with ample program opportunities - the RMWC controller on creation necessary - a control algorithm of the equipment of the dosing complex.

The RMWC controller - carries out exact accumulative - the account on each dosed product and remembers up to 90 recipes for the subsequent automatic repetition with the indication of manual operations of dispensing of components.

Structurally weight RMWC controller is executed in the form of the tight module, with the front panel from aluminum 3 mm thick in which are established electronics payments closed by a protective box from galvanized steel on which all connections for entrances, exits and giving of food are provided.

On the forward panel the full user interface consisting of buttons of management, LED indicators of a condition of work, the LCD display with area of the viewing of 120x92 mm participating in programming and display of process of working off of the required prescription dose, and, united in one window, 4 digital LED displays for information output from 2 tensometric and 4 temperature sensors is located.

The RMWC controller - has 2 ports of communication: RS 485 for control of all possible coordinated devices (for example, the DOMIX water batcher mixer, etc.) and RS 485/422 for connection to external PC/PLC by means of MODBus ASCII or the RTU protocol that allows to collect necessary statistical information of the account on each dosed product on remote PC/PLC and to operate the RMWC controller.
