For production of radiators we have production base, the special equipment, the equipment and skilled qualified specialists. The base has such sites.

• The site of production a press of forms for honeycombs of radiators with a press and the shtampovy equipment.

• The site with devices of argonno-arc welding of all types staly, aluminum and its alloys.
• The site of assembly of radiator honeycombs with a tape saw for removal of the damaged number of honeycombs.
• The site of the soldering, assembly and test of radiators with compressors, torches, bathtubs of the different sizes with elevators and the equipment for check on tightness.
• The site of painting with system of an extract and pyleulavlivaniye.
• The site of drying in the camera with system of heating and ventilation.

We have experience of production of radiators with sizes 1500kh1900mm and weighing up to 0.5 t.

After receipt of the order for production the radiator is subject to detailed studying. The technologist develops the technical documentation and gives a task for sites where highly professional specialists of our enterprise for the original sizes and drawings manufacture the necessary equipment and details of a radiator for assembly. Details of radiators are made of metals, steady against corrosion: honeycombs - latunmed, tanks - brass or the leaded leaf, branch pipes of an entrance and an exit - a corrosion-proof pipe, it is liquid - the oil heat exchanger - a corrosion-proof and copper tube, a framework - the leaded leaf. The stopper of a radiator is established proceeding from settlement pressure in the cooling system.

Our production undergoes careful testing in many parameters of quality: - the thermolysis (heatdisseminating ability) the aerodynamic and hydraulic resistance and also mechanical durability (for each radiator on concrete type of the engine).

Warranty period for radiators of 12 months. Periodically we expand the list of production.
