Chambers of defrosting of meat (defrosterny)
Cameras of defrosting are used to fast defrosting of various products (meat in blocks and half carcasses, fishes, vegetables and fruit) with the minimum losses. Efficiency is reached due to intensive air exchange and maintenance of humidity in a chamber over 90%.
The system of defrosting can be installed to the existing room or to put complete with a chamber by the individual order.
In addition chambers are equipped with refrigerators and heatexchange units for more delicate mode of defrosting and the subsequent storage of a product.
