The thought-over bend of an edge allows to cut accurately a firm thin skin, without having crushed at the same time pulp; besides it unusually sharp is also made of zirconium ceramics - modern hi-tech material. The used raw materials are tempered at very high temperatures in special furnaces thanks to what ceramics superdurability is reached.
