Carriage shelter

Staff of our company developed and patented the Shelter for transportation of freight in open railway gondola cars.
In development of the shelter all important tasks were considered, namely:

• reliability of transportation (16 independent fastenings on gondola car perimeter);
• speed of installation (4 workers – 5 min. );
• safety of freight (a hydra and Paro - barrier tight material);
• possibility of installation under any weather conditions (the stretching adjusting tape sewed on an edge (perimeter) (the shelter is put on gondola car walls) provides speed and reliability of installation even at strong winds);
• exception of windage and failure of the shelter (anti - sailing air valves do not allow to create air pressure under the shelter, and 8 external clamping tapes create additional
• fixing of the shelter pressing it to freight even after its utryaska during transportation);
  unloading of freight in any known way (grab, tipper, lower hatches).
