The car ekstruzionno-otsadochny Mimac Multiform is intended for production of cookies with a stuffing. Productivity makes up to 5000 products an hour.
The Ekstruzionno-otsadochny car has a possibility of formation about 100 different types of cookies with a stuffing. The control panel includes up to 100 working programs. For submission of the test horizontal plastic screws, for giving of a stuffing - the vertical screw manufactured of stainless steel are used. Submission of the test, giving of a stuffing, frequency of cutting and speed of a tape are carried out by means of drives with electronic variators of speed.
Is included in a basic equipment:
- 2 sets of the cutting diaphragms -
- 4 nozzles for a stuffing (10-15-20-25 mm) -
- 3 nozzles for the test (20-30-50 mm).
The Otsadochny car - Multiform can be in addition equipped:
- the extended output conveyor -
- the automatic stacker on baking sheets of 400х600 and 450х650 mm in size -
- prishtampovyvayushchy device.
The automatic stacker on baking sheets represents the independent device and can supplement the majority of widespread single-row extrusive cars.
