Soy cake — the product received as a result of processing of soybeans.
Distinguish full-fat and semi-fat-free (a residual maslyanichnost of 6-14%) cake:
- Full-fat cake is received as a result of processing of soybeans without office of oil.
- Poluobezzhireny cake — result of an extraction on a mechanical press of full-fat cake.
It is used for preparation of full-fledged compound feeds, kormosmesy as high-quality proteinaceous ingredient at an otkormka of agricultural animals and birds, it can be used and as an independent forage.
Soy cake drew attention to itself thanks to the high content of protein in seeds of cultural soy. And the protein which is contained in seeds has the high biological value and digestibility that does it irreplaceable for cattle breeders. Except high-quality protein soy cake contains minerals — calcium, iron, phosphorus, manganese and zinc.
