AMADA was succeeded to satisfy both these contradicting each other conditions, having created the bimetallic saw cloth received by means of electron beam welding. Such cloth consists of two types of materials: teeths - from high-speed tool steel of the superior quality, and a basis - from special rigid spring steel. As a result the product to which the normal cloths strengthened by tempering, neither on speed, nor on accuracy, nor on service life cannot be compared turns out. Such saw cloth can be used for cutting of broad range difficult in processing by cutting of materials, it rather well resists to a bend and twisting, and also provides essential decrease in production costs.
