THE AUTOMATIC SELF-WASHING-OUT FILTERS WITH THE HYDRAULIC DRIVE
These mesh filters with automatic washing and a hydraulic actuator combine advantages of a high-quality filtration from various water sources (sewage, reservoirs, the rivers, lakes, etc.) with a possibility of self-cleaning at continuous water supply to the consumer.
Filters are used in many industries, in city water supply and agriculture.
The filtering screen of thin cleaning manufactured of stainless steel maintains high working pressure. The cycle of self-cleaning joins priopredelenny pressure difference between zones before and after the filtering surface (usually ΔP 0,5 bars)
The additional grid of rough cleaning on an entrance to the filter detains stones and large particles.
Principle of work:
The crude water gets on an internal surface of a grid. In the course of a filtration pollution gather on an internal surface of the screen. In process of collecting pollution loss of pressure on the filter increases (pressure difference between an entrance and an exit of the filter).
When loss of pressure reaches the established size, the washing cycle joins.
At the beginning of a cycle of self-cleaning the washing valve opens, pressure on the hydraulic piston falls and via the washing valve water begins to follow. Pressure in the camera of the hydromotor and a collector of the mud-collection considerably decreases that provides absorption of dirt through cleaning nozzles in a collector of the mud-collection, and from it outside via the washing valve. At the same time the hydromotor rotates a collector of the mud-collection, and the hydraulic piston moves it along an axis to the camera of the hydromotor. Thanks to it effective cleaning of all internal surface of a grid is provided. During the cycle of self-cleaning making about 10 seconds the continuous filtration and water supply to the consumer does not stop.
