POSSIBLE CONNECTIONS TO THE SYRINGE OR MEAT GRINDER 98:
- At any connection the maximum length of a portion-220 of mm, and the maximum thickness for briquette forcemeat or sausages - 30 mm.
- For portions of fibrous structure thickness depends on diameter of an exhaust outlet of the syringe or the meat grinder.
AT CONNECTION TO THE SYRINGE:
- Can form briquette forcemeat or sausages from 100 to 115 mm wide (under the order).
AT CONNECTION TO THE MEAT GRINDER 98:
- From a guide for a fibrous portion (width of a portion of 115 mm).
- With a simple nozzle for briquette forcemeat (width of 80 mm).
- With a special nozzle for briquette forcemeat or sausages (width from 100 to 115 mm (under the order).
