About the frozen raspberry:
The frozen raspberry has almost same amount of protein, minerals and vitamins as fresh berry, sometimes it is even more. To keep all nutrients it is necessary to freeze fresh-gathered berries. Fresh raspberry well, but sometimes frozen happens also excellent choice as fresh berry can be stored about a week, and the frozen raspberry about a year. Honor such period of storage at all frozen fruit, except a citrus, they have to be used in food within 4-6 months. It is possible to buy the frozen raspberry or mix of berries in a supermarket or to freeze her houses.
