Hard putty acrylic Ceresit of ST 95 is produced for internal works with a size of particles of a filler no more than 0,07 mm. Ceresit CT 95 is intended for a shpaklevaniye and finishing preparation of mineral surfaces, and also plasterboard plates under finishing. Not to apply on surfaces from a tree. It is most effective on surfaces with a low durability and the high absorbing ability.
PREPARATION OF THE BASIS
Preparation of the basis is carried out according to Construction Norms and Regulations of 3.04.01-87 and DBN B.2.6-22-2001. The basis has to be dry and strong without visible destructions. Before use of hard putty the basis is cleared of dust, flows, the oil spots and other substances reducing adhesion of solution to the basis. The basis should not have hollows and deepenings more than 2,0 mm. In need of the basis Ceresit CT 29 have to be leveled, for example. The painting coverings which are unsteadily connected with the basis, and also painting coverings need to be removed from limy and glue paints. The basis it is necessary to ground previously Ceresit of ST 17 and to sustain before full drying of primer about 4 hours.
The bases with elements of biological corrosion to clear in the mechanical way, to wash out, dry up and process special structure of Ceresit of ST 99.
PERFORMANCE OF WORK
Carefully to mix capacity contents. Use of the rusting capacities and tools is forbidden. Ceresit CT 95 is evenly applied on the basis with the steel pallet, a grater or a poluterok. Hard putty is applied on a surface before obtaining necessary thickness with several layers, thickness of one layer should not exceed 1,0–1,5 mm. The maximum thickness of a spackling layer should not exceed 3 mm. During drying of hard putty it cannot be sprinkled water. Not dried surplus of material on the tool or the prepared surface can be washed away water. The hardened hard putty can be removed only in the mechanical way.
Hard putty drying time – 4,5 hours.
ST Ceresit hard putty 95 cannot be mixed with other materials (paints, plasters, etc.). Works should be performed in dry conditions at a temperature not below 5 °C and relative humidity of air not higher than 80%. All above recommendations are effective at a temperature of +20 °C and relative humidity of air of 60%. In other conditions time of drying can change. During the work with ST Ceresit hard putty 95 it is necessary to protect eyes and skin. In case of hit of structure in eyes immediately to wash out them water and to ask for the help the doctor.
It is necessary to protect fresh hard putty before its full drying from water splashes and negative temperatures.
In case of use of material in the conditions which are not considered in the present technical specification it is necessary to conduct independently trial tests or to address for council the producer.
In company tight packing in dry rooms – 12 months of the date of production specified on packing.
